With all the stress from school, we really needed a relaxing time to just forget about studying and enjoy our time together as a class. One of my good friends suggested that we hold a potluck for everyone to bring their own dishes and share their heritage (and their talents as chefs). We decided to hold it just before Thanksgiving because, I mean what better time is there to have a feast? Surprisingly we had about 20 people from the class show up and bring something to share! It was great, there was authentic Korean food, Chinese dumplings, Italian meatballs, homemade soups, breads and tons of desserts! (to name just a few things). To top the night off, we played some games and honestly, actually forgot about school and its stressors. This was one of the best social events we held as a class, the most people attended and everyone had a good time! I would definitely suggest a potluck for the upcoming classes just as an idea to spend time with one another and share some great tasting food!
