"Trust yourself, you know more than you think you do!" -wise words from a fellow classmate posted on the board nice and big before our first FCM test on Friday. This is something that all of us need to remember, whether you are starting out your pre-PA journey our trucking through PA school like us. We spend so much time studying we start with reading, highlighting, retaining, memorizing, drawing, and before we know it we are confusing one another, asking questions, hearing other questions, second guessing ourselves, then we start to fear the test, our grades, our future as a PA... but just stop for a minute and think.... "trust yourself"..... "trust yourself, you know more than you think you do" she's right. In real practice we will not have time for second guessing every action and decision we make, we spent this time studying to learn as much as we can for the benefit of our patients. We are learning to help patients, change lives, and in some cases save lives. We are not learning solely for the test, we are learning for what our career is... to be an amazing healthcare provider. Keeping this in mind is the one thing that calms me when stressing for a major test. .... yes, we need to pass the test in order to become a PA... but if we just absorb all we can and use our time wisely we will learn more than we ever thought possible.... and after hours of studying, reading, highlighting, and drawing we will "know more than we think we do"... then we will pass the test, we will become PA's, and we will save lives.

**As many of you can tell, I graduated AMC's program in May of 2017. Current plan is to start a new blog related to my Fellowship after PA school. Stay tuned for the link and updates :)**
